RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY :
At Satisfaction Infotech, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
1. Satisfaction Infotech is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
2. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms :
A. Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Satisfaction Infotech.
B. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
C. Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
D. No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
E. Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are nonrefundable.
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
1. Sold in a physically damaged condition.
2. Has missing parts or accessories.
3. Product packaging not opened, product not used.
4. Domain name booking & web hosting servicesare non-refundable.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. You would see an option to cancel within 'My Acount' ; after login click on 'My Acount', Click on order history on that page in right panel under 'Account Details' - there show all of your order history, if you want cancel a order click on cancel order link which show from the date of order placed to 7 days as per our return policy, after 7 days that 'Cancel Order' link not visible, then you submit a form for reason the cnacel. Above same process will by done by click on 'Track Order'. if order amount was paid online.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their products/services and request a refund from us.
Refunds will be issued to the account provided at the time of cancel order.After the refund has been initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account with in 7-21 Business Days.
